Every package has a fixed price, quoted after the free Gemba Walk or video review once we understand the size of your operation. No hourly billing.
What do you need from our side?
A sponsor from management, one coordinator, and time with the area team during workshops.
Do you work outside South Florida?
Yes. Start with a free remote video review. We can coach your team remotely or travel to your plant; travel costs are quoted separately.
What should the video show?
A 2–5 minute walk of the area you want to improve, filmed with a phone: workstations, storage, aisles and any boards in use. Narrate what bothers you most.
Do we have to buy your products?
